Thank you for your interest in reserving a meeting space at the Columbus Learning Center on the AirPark Columbus College Campus.

Our meeting rooms are designed primarily for business meetings, workshops, and small-scale professional gatherings. All reservations can be booked online. Some meeting rooms require an additional email approval to complete your reservation.

How do I book a meeting/conference room?

Booking a meeting room or conference space is easy with our online reservation system.  On the AirPark Campus website (https://airparkcollegecampus.org), simply look for the “Room Reservation” section at the bottom of the page.  Find the space that is big enough to accommodate your group, determine its availability with the Availability Grid, then submit your request.  You will be contacted by a member of the CLC Reservation team to approve or request further information.

Can I book a room when the building is closed?

The Columbus Learning Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm EST.  If you are interested in reserving a space outside of those times, you will need additional approval.  Submit your request according to the directions and a member of the CLC Reservation team will reach out to you with further questions/instructions.  Please note that any reservation outside of the regular building hours may be subject to additional charges.

Can I view the room before booking?

Absolutely.  We would love for you to visit and see the space in person.  However, if that is not possible, we have photos available of each space on the AirPark Campus website.  Simply choose a room and you will be directed to a page with a photo and other descriptions of the space.

How far in advance can I book a room?

Spaces are available up to one year in advance through our reservation system.  However, due to the purpose of the building and its connection to the AirPark Campus Institutions, the CLC reserves the right to cancel reservations with notice up to 2 weeks prior to an event.  For reservations which are assessed a rental fee, your fee will be refunded in full if you cancel your reservation one week (5 business days) prior to the reservation date.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email from our automated system once your request has been reviewed and approved (or denied).  You will also receive a reminder email 48 hours prior to your scheduled activity as a reminder about the reservation.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Of course, we are here to help make your activity a success.  If you need to modify your reservation, please contact our Facility Reservation specialist at cwelsh@educationcoalition.com, and she will be happy to assist you.  Should you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice (unless the cancellation is due to weather conditions or major event). 

Is there a cancellation policy?

Sometimes things happen, and we understand that.  We ask that you give us as much advance notice if you need to cancel your reservation.  

What happens if the weather is bad?

The weather in Indiana can be unpredictable.  Generally, if any of the AirPark Campus Institutions are open, then the CLC is also open.  If the AirPark Campus is closed, the CLC is closed.  Should the CLC close for weather or any other reason on the date of your reservation, you will receive an email from our Facility Reservation specialist.

Can I serve lunch in the meeting room?

Maybe.  Some of the larger meeting spaces do allow for food and beverage to be served to your guests using a catering service of your choice (catering services must provide Proof of Insurance prior to the event).  If you wish to serve food and /or beverages, please indicate so on the reservation request and a member of the CLC Reservation Team will contact you with details.

Note: We do not accommodate requests for large-scale alterations or transformations of our meeting room spaces. This includes, but is not limited to, significant rearrangements, decorations, or modifications that alter the fundamental nature and design of the rooms.
